I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Science Degree in Education from Duquesne University. For the past fifteen years, I have worked in multiple settings ranging from private practice, schools, residential treatment programs and non-profit agencies. I am passionate about empowering individuals and families to overcome personal obstacles and improve their interpersonal relationships. My belief is that it is important for a person to be whole, before they can a viable part of any unit. Once clients attain personal healing, they are generally better equipped to appropriately engage with others.
I have specialized training in Family Systems Theory and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have helped clients struggling with Anger, Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Trauma, etc. I was also trained in Life and Leadership Coaching at iPEC Coaching, and have been a practicing coach for the past 8 years. I provide workshops on leadership and personal development.
